Welcome to MatkaDev. By consulting our system architectural blueprints, testing our simulation portals, or requesting custom APK developments, you agree to comply with the developer terms detailed below.

1. Software Licensing scope

MatkaDev provides proprietary custom-built applications, database partitions, and API wrappers on a single-license base per client. Client operators are prohibited from reverse-engineering compilation binaries, obfuscated Kotlin Native APK resources, or redistributing base Spring Boot frameworks.

2. Deployment & Compliance

Client operators are solely responsible for compliance with regional local rules, gaming laws, and standard tax declarations in their operating cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, etc.). MatkaDev functions exclusively as a B2B technical developer agency.

3. Double-Entry Wallet Guarantee

We guarantee ledger system compliance when operated under our recommended hardware limits. Any custom code injections by operator teams that compromise ledger balances bypass our standard developer warranties.
